All information revealed on the LG G3: tech specs and price
The day before a release is like the day before an exam: ‘leaksters’ try to cram in as much material as possible. Tomorrow the LG G3 will be officially announced in London, but we already know (almost) all of the details, or at least we presume we do. Thanks to a recent ‘’accidental’’ leak on a Dutch product website, we know now the complete specs, in addition to some nice full on pictures of the device.
Removeable battery, micro SD slot, 2K display, the big rumors of the past weeks have become a reality. The british LG website also finally revealed the official tech specs, and details about the prices are also known.
At the moment, the approximate price for the device lies at around 600 Euro / USD, which comes from the official price of 650,000 Won with the extra international costs packed on top.
Another very surprising detail are the 2GB of RAM that LG confirmed. Up until now, there had been leaks pointing towards a presumed 3GB. That being said, we can’t forget that there will likely be more than one variant of the device, and Korean model could come with 3 GB of RAM, while the European and International version with less.

The latest info, as provided by the Dutch product page mentioned above, shows us that the device won’t just have an aluminum look, but will also be finished with aluminum. The recent information also contradicts original leaks in that the LG G3 will only support a micro SD card up to 128 GB. The internal storage also seems to have shrunk: according to the Dutch product page, it will only have 16 as opposed to 32 GB.
Another feature was also confirmed, that being the Laser Auto focus for the G3 camera, which should provide for some super quick picture capture.
What do you think so far of the LG G3? Is it all what you have been waiting for?
